The Practice


Fearon Hay Architects is a design-led studio undertaking a broad range of projects located in diverse environments.

The practice was founded by Tim Hay and Jeff Fearon in 1998 and was established to enable their combined involvement in the design and execution of each project.

Working nationally and internationally, the studio enjoys responding to a range of briefs: Commercial projects for office and workplace; complex heritage environments; public work within the urban realm or wider landscape, private dwellings, and detailed bespoke work for hospitality and interior projects.

Fearon Hay Architects is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Fearon Hay’s work has received extensive recognition in both national and international award programmes.
