Faraday Street Studio

Creation of Fearon Hay’s studio is part of the reoccupation of 1940s warehouses amongst the wool stores of St Georges Bay Road. This is an open plan workspace with workstations and communal pin-up surface.

This is workplace as a loft apartment – a collaborative, social space, promoting interaction amongst all members of the practice and its clients - and providing a highly functional vessel for the development and delivery of the work.

Project Description:
Internal floor area is approximately 450sq.m. Construction completed at the beginning 2016. Fearon Hay’s project team led by Piers Kay & Matt Roberts. Tim Hay and Jeff Fearon are the Design Architects. Photography is by Michelle Weir.
